Video: Creating a Serene Space for Meditation

Snapshot 1 (10-29-2015 2-21 PM)Well, it’s been a busy, busy time here, as in addition to all the usual home projects and, of course, my number one priority of tending to the Mighty O, I’ve been working on getting everything stocked into my new online vintage clothing shop ANNNDD preparing for the launch of my new online studio, which has been on the back burner for ohhhh…… about 6 years now. ;)

This plan began well before I even created my bricks-and-mortar studios several years ago, and it was so all-consuming that this project got sidelined for a while.  After our recent move across the country, away from the studios and my wonderful students there, I decided this was the perfect time to fire it back up as I flesh out this new * online * chapter in my life.

So – the day has finally come!  I am launching Samadhi Online on powhow.com, offering yoga, meditation, and alternative healing arts classes and workshops.  I’m looking forward to reconnecting with students I know and meeting lots of new people, too.

Check out the video intro I created at the link below (my very first attempt at any video production ever!) – which includes a tour of my home studio space and tips for creating your own peaceful place for getting your  zen on at home.

What kinds of classes would you like to see?  What helps you feel peaceful and serene at home?

Love and light,

Samadhi ✷
